If you’d like to book a home or office survey, please pay a £50 deposit and we’ll contact you to arrange a date and time. The price will be determined by the size of your property and the distance from our office. A normal sized house or flat with up to 3 bedrooms is £250 + VAT and we charge £50 for each additional room. If your address is accessible by public transport, we’ll also charge you the cost of that or 45p per mile if not.

Please note that we need at least 4 days notice of cancellation due to allow people on waiting lists to fill the spaces. For cancellation periods of 3 days or less prior to the consultation, then the following charges apply: 3 days notice = 50% of full consultation fee, 2 days notice = 75% of full consultation fee, 1 days notice = 100% of full consultation fee.
